Social enterprise

 Community Co-operatives

Our approach honors and extends local ecological knowledge (the basis of permaculture design) and supports villages and networks of villages in the co-creation of cooperative approaches to healthy futures. Our approach is truly holistic and transdisciplinary – inclusive of knowledge bases from agro-ecology, cooperative economics, political science, health professions, ethnobotany, education  and more.

Our approach using Participatory Action Research (PAR), acknowledges local dialogues, and collective inquiry efforts around the world as a part of a global movements for sustainable livelihood, renewable energy and climate justice. Our work intends to contribute to an African Permaculture Research Network.
