Journey with us to Sierra Leone to experience the power of genuine partnership and deep, earth democracy—non-adversarial relationships among peoples and the earth. You will have the opportunity to learn about the history, culture, and traditions of the communities we visit. Circle Trips provide a life-changing opportunity to understand the complex historical and ongoing relationship between the USA and West Africa.
For a tax-deductible contribution of $2,500 per person, Circle Trip participants receive 3 meals a day, lodging, in-country transportation, and excursion fees. Participants will:

- Visit, stay in, and contribute to villages where SLFND works. On the 2025-2026 trip, we will spend the bulk of our time in rural and urban spaces, living and working alongside communities.
- Visit historical sites in Freetown.
- Visit farming communities.
- Visit the Sherbro Islands, a group of islands that lie off the coast of southern Sierra Leone.
